We are looking for detail-oriented Reservation Agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking cabins, RV’s, or RV spaces. To be successful as a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
• Checking the availability of accommodations on the customers’ desired travel dates.
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages that fit their interests.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Requirements and skills:

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Data entry experience.
• Flexible working hours.

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance person to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.  Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities

• Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, maintaining flower beds, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as tractor, lawn mower, etc.
• Perform minor fixes such as replacing electric outlets, breakers, faucets, etc.
• Perform cleaning activities such as cleaning RV sites each time a guest checks out.
• Fill propane cylinders
• Escort guests to their site and guide them while backing in.

Requirements and skills

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Experience pulling and backing trailers
• Physical stamina and dexterity

Propane certification is a plus, but not required
