We RV Champions of La Veta

The cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to reservation for a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours, The cancellation fee is the nightly rate for that period.

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.

• For the safety of all guests, the speed limit is 5 mph and is strictly enforced.
• Rates are based on 2 people and 2 vehicles per site. Additional guests and/or vehicles are subject to additional fees and must be approved by the management.
• Utilizing any other RV site will be subject to a charge equal to the rate of that site.
• No more than 2 pets per site.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside of the camper, except when in the dog park.
• You must pick up after your pets.
• You are liable for the actions of your pet. Any aggressive or noisy behavior will be cause for removal from the park.
• Sewer connections must be made with a donut or similar connector that ensures an airtight and watertight seal.
• Campfires are only allowed when Huerfano County is not under a burn ban. See park management if you have questions about burn bans.
• Any illegal activity will be cause for immediate removal from the park without refund.
• Sites must be kept clean and orderly. No outside appliances.
• Any damage to sites, buildings, or any other part of the property will be charged to the guest and will result in immediate removal from the park.
• PAYMENT: is accepted by check, cash, Visa or MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 service fee.

By accepting this reservation, the guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue We RV Champions of La Veta, LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with guest’s use of the rental/property. Further, the guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We RV Champions of La Veta, LLC from all losses, claims, expenses, and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that We RV Champions of La Veta, LLC may incur arising out of or in connection with the guest’s use of the rental/property. The guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. We RV Champions of La Veta, LLC reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant, or guest subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a state sexual offender registration program.

We RV Champions of La Veta, LLC, may terminate this agreement for any or no reason by providing the guest a notice to leave the RV park. The guest agrees to render peaceful possession of the RV site to the RV park within 3 days of the date on the notice to leave. The 3-day notice shall not be required if the termination is a result of non-payment or rules violation.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly RV park, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. There is a 2-pet limit per site. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for the non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.  

We RV Champions of La Veta, LLC or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person, property, or thing howsoever caused. 

THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT CREATE A LANDLORD/TENANT RELATIONSHIP.
